Starting my career at focussed technical roles and expanding into sr. Director positions within Global Operations, I have had the opportunity to work throughout all sectors world-wide, as part of a local team, and supporting via central positions.

Having worked with many different cultures and diverse organisations has helped me develop a very flexible style and solid leadership approach across all levels. Supported by a good connection with Individuals’ and a clear understanding of Change Management and how to execute within the different environments. Utilising the core people skills with the application of appropriate tools and processes helping create significant leverage and opportunity within the business.
